ProofJump Overview

ProofJump lets you collaboratively review email creatives with stakeholders.

Proofs

A proof can consist of a fully coded HTML email or an image.

You can also send proofs directly from your Email Service Provider to ProofJump as an email.

Users

If you have a multi-user account, you can create users with roles. A user with the reviewer role can only see proofs (not campaigns) that have been assigned to them.

Guest Reviewers

You can invite guest reviewers to review and comment on proofs. Guest reviewers do not have an account and do not count against the quota of your users.

Archiving

You can archive proofs and campaigns by clicking on the button. Archived proofs do not count against your active proofs quota.
